Let me start by introducing myself. My name is John Dunn and I am a Real Estate professional specializing in the Denver, Colorado Metro area. We are a small boutique real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential sales, investment properties and property management.
My philosophy and that of my real estate team is simple; “Put Our Client’s Needs First” and “Give Back To The Community”! Buying and selling real estate can be a very stressful time and it’s likely the largest investment you will ever make. John Dunn, CCIM, RPA, is the owner and broker of Dunn and Company, LLC. He has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property since 1982. For almost ten years John specialized in the management of over 350,000 square feet of medical office space and many homes on Denver’s Centura Porter Care Hospital Campus. John graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. John is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serves on the local chapter’s board of directors.
Peter Musser is a broker with Dunn and Company. Pete works with a lot of investors and first time home buyers. He is originally from Minnesota but got to Colorado as soon as he could. Pete graduated from Colorado Christian University and in 2006 returned from two years in Panama where he had the privilege of serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer with his wife Allison. Pete has experience as a property manager, real estate broker and investor. He is passionate about Real Estate and looks forward to helping you meet your personal Real Estate needs and goals.
Andrew Weyeneth is here to assist you with all your real estate needs, whether purchasing your very first home or looking to build a stable real estate portfolio. His experience “in the trenches” over the last 5 years fixing, flipping, renting, and managing helps him intimately understand your needs. Originally from Nebraska, you can rest assured that solid Midwest values will help guide clients through any transaction. Kelli Billman started in the Property Management business in 1991. Since then, she has managed properties in Virginia, Minnesota, Nevada, Salt Lake and Colorado. Kelli most recently served as Partner and Vice President of Operations for a national property management and development company, overseeing owned and 3rd party management in 3 states. Her experience includes management of single family homes to multi-unit buildings in excess of 1500 units. Kelli currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and is active in the National Association of Rental Property Managers (NARPM).
Valarie Kraus is a licensed realtor in 3 states; Colorado, Florida and Pennsylvania. She attended Metropolitan State College of Denver for a B.S. in Business Management. Real Estate has always been a passion and hobby of hers, so she decided to make her hobby a career in 2003. Her family has been involved in the Real Estate business for many years. Valarie is an experienced Property Manager and Leasing Agent. She enjoys being in the field and meeting new clients. She is honest and straightforward, the kind of person you want on your side in a real estate transaction. Valarie loves the art of negotiation. In her free time, Valarie enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She is a licensed FAA private pilot and enjoys flying every chance she gets.
Leslie Steggs has been with Dunn & Company, LLC for four years and is currently serving as the Property Manager, overseeing approximately 250 single family homes, duplexes and apartment units. Leslie holds her Colorado Real Estate Brokerage License. Leslie currently has ownership interest in several residential investment properties and hopes to grow her portfolio in the upcoming years. She grew up in Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 1982. Leslie is happily married with three children and a son-in-law. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys camping, gardening and candy.
